I am my own kind
Credits to pandemic, Instagram has taken all leads and is totally booming. I am also an active user of the application and I have been using it since 2016. Since then blue-tick accounts have always fascinated me. My new obsession is about dogs on Insta and I try to see whatever is possible and related to dogs. Few days back I followed @tikatheiggy and from the bio of this famous dog’s Instagram account I found this -

I smashed @lizzobeeating and it lead me to the profile of Lizzo saying Bopstarbbiggrrrls.com. When I saw the follower count it was beyond 10M.
Every morning in my washroom I read something which I feel is valuable on my phone or a real book. I scrolled Lizzo’s account and I found one video where she was loving her fat belly. Yes the kind of belly non- acceptable in our world, due to which you might be bullied in childhood, screwed up in college, no boyfriends, no one will select you from all shadirelated.coms.
She said why we do not accept that we have is given by god/universe. This leads to one analogy in my life where I clearly remember me as a young girl writing an affirmation at the age of eight or nine that “God please slim down my legs in addition to my materialistic demands of car and video games etc”. Today I am 26 and I am not an athlete, just a fitness maniac which I turned few years back and before that I was beautiful, innocent girl weighing 78 kg and fat fat looking dumbo in maybe society’s perspective.
Now, everyday while hitting workout I realise that I have amazing calf muscles which provide my whole body immense strength and this is my natural gift from god.
Similarly, no matter how do we look whether it is dark or fair, fat or slim, bald or good hair growth; we are our own kind. Let’s love this unique kind and accept ourselves.
